Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process:
- Step 1: Record a 360-degree unedited video of the product while unboxing it, ensuring the video shows the package being opened without interruptions.
- Step 2: Contact us at [support@shantisarees.in] or +91 6261139819 within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return. Provide your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video.
- Step 3: After our team, led by KISHOR PATEL, reviews and approves the return, follow the return shipping instructions provided.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Use a trackable shipping method for returns; Shanti Sarees is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
4. Refund Process:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, KISHOR PATEL will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact us to arrange an exchange for the same product.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include custom or personalized orders, gift cards, and final sale items.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- For damaged or defective items, take a 360-degree unedited video of the package and the item. Contact us immediately with the video to arrange a return, refund, or exchange.
8. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours as orders may be processed.
